Yes, we publish a live demo site as soon as possible in the process. Just like if you built a a new home or business, you’ll get to “walk through” your site while it’s being built. We encourage you to visit your new site and provide feedback to help shape the result specifically to you.

Yes, we offer the option to speed up development at a rate of 20% of project cost per week reduction (down to 1 week development time for Startup package or 3 week for Scale Up package).

We provide up to 1,000 words of complementary copywriting and 10 curated stock photos (from a site like Unsplash or Pexels) for every site we build. We recommend in-house content and photos whenever-possible, since your customers want to get to know the “real” you, and we don’t place any limit on how many in-house photos, videos, or how much written content you can include on your site.

eCommerce setup is available as an optional add-on to the Startup Package ($1,250 for up to 50 physical or digital products). Without this add-on service, your site will still be fully eCommerce-capable, and will come pre-installed with WooCommerce (upon request). However, you’ll be responsible for adding your own products, images, making the connection with a payment provider/processor like Stripe or PayPal, and then setting up checkout, account, and other shop-related pages. Since this part can get quite complicated, we highly recommend you have us handle and customize this part for you!

Yes! We have multiple plans available to suit whatever you might need. If you built your site with us, you get two weeks of complimentary follow-up support to make sure everything is running smoothly, or you can transition directly into a Website Hosting, Care, & Maintenance plan to be covered from the start.

We offer Hosting, Maintenance, and Care in one, no-contract monthly plan. You’re not just getting secure, fast, and reliable cloud-based hosting. You’re also getting regular site maintenance, recurring security updates, personal, non-outsourced support, and even development time each month to help build out the new features and pages that will help you continue to grow your web presence and online brand.

You can easily find cheap hosting somewhere else if you’re looking to save on cost. We recommend Flywheel for anyone who is confident to maintain and manage plugin and content updates on their WordPress site. Instead, we compete with others on level of care instead of cost. Most low-cost web hosting involves DIY updates, no developer hours, and offshore customer support. That’s just not the type of service we want to provide. If you feel like you’ve found a comparable service (cloud hosting, site updates, developer hours, and support) bundled at a lower cost, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to compete—but we have yet to find anything close!

Yes! You get full ownership and control of your website and files. You can either host seamlessly with Outstand Brand on one of our Website Care & Maintenance plans, or migrate it to any other WordPress hosting service (e.g. Flywheel). We offer one complementary migration per website build.

No, we don’t host email or provide email services. Because of the complexities of email servers and support we instead highly recommend an email provider like Microsoft Outlook or Google Workspace for your email (Outstand Brand personally uses ZohoMail). If Outstand Brand is building or maintaining your site, we’re happy to help properly set up your domain with your email account, provided you have already set up an account through an email provider. Just let us know you’d like to connect your domain to your email address, and we’ll get you all set up!
