In order to move from design prototype into full website development, I'd like to get your approval on several page layouts. Once you give your approval, we can begin move forward into the full development of designs into a real, working website. At this stage, any layouts, branding, wording, fonts, colors, sections, may be easily and quickly edited and changed to meet the project's objectives and requirement (so please try to provide feedback within the time specified, so we can stay on-track).
Don't worry—your site will be "future-proof," so nearly any part of it can be modified, moved around, or edited later. You are rarely ever "locked in" with a design decision. Even during the development phase, it's no problem to edit typos, swap out images, or refine any rough edges we may have missed during the design process.
However, major overhauls such as shifting entire page layouts, adding significant or previously-unmentioned content or features to these pages after designs are approved could potentially affect the project's timeline and scope.
